Job summary

Schlotzsky's Franchise is seeking a Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts in the absence of management. You will ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation while directing the team and guest interactions.

The role requires supervising both FOH and BOH, managing labor costs, and training staff to maintain brand standards. This is an hourly full-time position with opportunities to improve operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

# Team Leader* English## Job Description**Position Overview:** The Team Leader contributes to the success of the company through assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant. The Team Leader’s responsibility is to assist in directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
