Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to train and develop crewmembers.
• Capable of performing duties across shifts and staffing needs.
• Excellent arithmetic and ability to make correct change.
• Lift up to 50 lb. and work in a warm kitchen environment.
• Ability to climb ladders and bend to clean equipment.
• Stand for long periods and operate kitchen equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive welcome and uphold Moe's guest experience standards.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for the Moe's brand during all interactions.
• Manage cash handling procedures and POS accuracy throughout shifts.
• Oversee daily shift operations to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to Moe's recipe standards.
• Maintain appearance standards and professional conduct at all times.
• Enforce sanitation and safety policies for a safe work environment.
• Develop crewmembers and support training and coaching.
• Assist with hiring and staffing to keep the restaurant properly staffed.
• Help manage food cost to support profitability and efficiency.
• Support local store marketing efforts to drive sales.
• Handle off-premise management procedures as needed.
• Address and resolve crises to protect guests and staff.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Moe's Southwest Grill is now hiring self-motivated brand leaders!**JOB SUMMARY**As a Moe's Shift Supervisor, you would be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Moe's Southwest Grill. This includes ensuring that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience as well as assist with the development and performance of crewmembers. You would also maintain our high standards for excellence by providing high quality products by adherence to our procedures and safety standards.
