The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with operational, sales, and merchandising objectives by delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. They promote a safe and productive work environment and train Team Members on policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Availability, flexibility, and a service-oriented attitude are essential. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining attendance and working varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Upholding safety and enforcing policies.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate.
• Performing merchandising, opening/closing, banking, store assessments, workflow organization, merchandise recovery, price changes, customer issue resolution, loss prevention, communication, cash handling, policy training, and equipment operation.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

Basic computer skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform all responsibilities of Team Members.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise, varying shifts, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move merchandise, operate equipment, and communicate effectively.
