The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with operational, sales, and merchandising objectives by delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. They promote a safe and productive work environment and train Team Members on policies and procedures.
Availability, flexibility, and a service-oriented attitude are essential. Responsibilities include:
Experience in retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Supervisory experience is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform all responsibilities of Team Members.
