YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's key support in developing and executing the store's Merchandising strategy. Your passion is in training and coaching your team to meet AEO brand Visual standards daily. You lead your team in floorset execution, merchandising, and marketing standards, ensuring the store is always guest-ready through effective replenishment. Importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving sales: As a Leader on Duty, you maximize productivity on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, analyze trends, and support business planning to achieve KPIs.
• Merchandising innovation: Coach your team to uphold brand standards, manage day-to-day merchandising, and seize opportunities for visual improvements.
• People leadership: Motivate and inspire your team, hold them accountable to service standards, and foster a positive environment.
• Talent development: Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Teamwork and engagement: Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and celebrate successes to boost morale.
• Operational excellence: Execute daily procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready.
• Integrity: Maintain safety standards, asset protection, and adhere to company policies.
