The Network team leaders are responsible for planning and facilitating training opportunities, developing and implementing recruitment plans semiannually, and providing peer support to regional foster, adoptive, and kinship parents. They supervise and support their team members, schedule and lead monthly meetings, maintain communication with the program coordinator, and ensure all paperwork is completed.
This is a remote position but requires availability on campus if needed. The position is grant-funded, and continuation depends on funding and organizational needs.
Applicants must be current foster or adoptive parents with a Kentucky agency, with at least 3 years of experience, or have adopted from Kentucky's foster care system, and be in good standing with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
