Metropolitan Pub Company is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has everything they need to run smoothly and guests receive a warm, memorable service.

You’ll deputise for the management team, coordinate the staff during busy periods, maintain high standards, keep the bar safe and compliant, and always promote a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.
