Metropolitan Pub Company is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run busy pubs, lead by example, and ensure customers and teams have a great time. You will support the General Manager, deliver exceptional experiences, and uphold brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, great communication, and the ability to adapt to busy shifts while maintaining high service quality.
