Job summary

Metro Pubs is seeking a Team Leader to guide and support a frontline team, ensuring high standards and customer happiness. You’ll lead by example, keep shifts running smoothly, and uphold safety and quality across the bar.

You’ll be responsible for deputising for the management team, resolving issues, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a busy pub environment. A positive, proactive mindset is essential.
