Metro Pubs is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll role-model leadership, support training, and uphold brand standards for a safe, welcoming pub environment.

You’ll bring passion for great customer service, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to a busy shift, maintaining high standards in all you do.
