Responsibilities

• Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
• Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals.
• Ensures appropriate resources (including materials, equipment, and staffing needs) are available to maintain production schedules.
• Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service are met.
• Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to improve business results.
• Team Leaders are usually "on their feet" in the production area about 80% of the shift.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc., or an associate's degree.
• Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Training

• Approximately six weeks of hands-on training before assignment to a department.
• Attend a virtual Inspired Hires orientation, including presentations to increase product knowledge, company knowledge, and leadership skills.
• 6-month on-the-job operational training program.

Location and Shift

• Austin, MN.
• Most start on second or third shift.
• Extended hours, including weekends, may be required.
• Work environments may vary in temperature, below 40 degrees or above 60 degrees.

The base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
