What You'll Do

Do you love leading? Looking for an opportunity to learn more about the industry and gain direct management experience? You'll motivate your team to meet goals, answer associates' questions, address issues, and handle customer escalations while ensuring a quality customer experience on every call as the first-line manager for your team.

You will report to the Ops Manager. We're looking for a leader who can act as one—encouraging and motivating your team to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and advance their careers.

During a Typical Day, You'll
  • Coach associates to ensure achievement of company and client goals, address employee-related issues, and coordinate training on new or revised information about services, products, or processes.
  • Manage multiple, complex ongoing tasks and projects while monitoring team absence and attendance.
  • Motivate and mentor your team with honesty, providing feedback and recognizing good performance.
  • Maintain an active Resident State Health Insurance License.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to promote a performance-driven culture and strive for excellence.
  • Support your team by providing the proper tools and systems for daily tasks.
  • Mentor and inspire others.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM applications, and learning management systems.
