Kaseya Limited is a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software. We are seeking a Manager, Solution Specialists to lead a team of product-focused sales experts who partner with our account management organization to cross-sell within our existing customer base.

This player-coach role focuses on performance, development, and productivity, ensuring the team hits quotas and drives measurable revenue growth across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B/SaaS sales, with 2+ years in sales management or player-coach roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams.
• Technical knowledge in security software or IT infrastructure.
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and coaching across all levels.
• Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Specialists.
• Set quotas, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Act as escalation point for complex opportunities in the team's pipeline.
• Partner with Account Management and Sales leadership to align cross-sell strategy.
• Drive product expertise and consultative selling across the team.
• Oversee pipeline management and forecasting; deliver weekly reporting to leadership.
• Establish best practices and playbooks for demos, presentations, and discovery.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to keep messaging current.
• Remove roadblocks by marshaling internal resources to move deals forward.
• Foster a high-energy, accountable team culture aligned with company values.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
