Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Manager, Solution Specialists to lead and scale a team of product-focused sales experts who partner with Account Management to cross-sell within the existing customer base. This player-coach role focuses on achieving quotas and driving revenue growth across multiple product lines.

You will oversee performance, development, and forecasting, ensuring Specialists are trusted technical resources, evangelists, and strategic partners for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B/SaaS sales experience with 2+ years in sales management or player-coach roles.
• Proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling sales teams to meet or exceed quota.
• Technical knowledge in security software or IT infrastructure sales.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Specialists.
• Set quotas, KPIs, and conduct performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Act as escalation point and strategic advisor for complex opportunities within the pipeline.
