Job summary

Kaseya Limited in Miami seeks a Manager, Solution Specialists to lead a team of product-focused sales experts. You will partner with Account Managers, coach the team, and drive cross-sell opportunities across multiple product lines.

You will ensure the team delivers trusted technical guidance, maintains high engagement, and consistently hits revenue targets while aligning with Kaseya's values and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B/SaaS sales including 2+ years in a sales management, team lead, or player-coach role.
• Proven track record building, coaching, and scaling sales teams to meet or exceed quota.
• Technical knowledge in security software or IT infrastructure sales.
• Strong cross-functional partnering with Account Management, Product, and Marketing.
• Data-driven forecasting, pipeline management, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of Solution Specialists; drive quotas and performance.
• Set clear quotas, KPIs, reviews, and improvement plans.
• Act as escalation point for complex opportunities within the team.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales leadership to align cross-sell strategy.
• Drive product expertise and consultative selling across the team.
• Oversee pipeline management and weekly forecasting to senior leadership.
• Establish best practices, demos, and discovery playbooks.
• Identify coaching opportunities from performance data and market intel.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement for up-to-date messaging.
• Remove roadblocks by marshaling internal resources to move deals forward.
• Foster a high-energy, accountable team culture aligned with company values.
• Lead the team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
