Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise-grade budget software implementations for public sector clients. The role blends discovery, design, data mapping, and integration work with a customer-facing focus in a hybrid setup.

You’ll guide clients through current-to-future-state workflows, manage scope and timelines, and coordinate with Product/Development to resolve complex integration challenges. Atlanta-based hybrid work awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with budget software implementation or equivalent, in a customer-facing role.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and documenting future-state requirements.
• Strong change management and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation and documentation skills for executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level implementations, tracking scope, timeline, risk and stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and design sessions to map current-state and future-state workflows.
• Oversee data migration, mapping, cleansing, and integration with the product team.
• Manage customer relationships, expectations and communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Support testing, training, and go-live readiness; escalate issues as needed.
