Euna Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide clients through the full onboarding lifecycle for Euna Grants. You will lead discovery, configure systems, deliver trainings, and manage cross-functional relationships, translating grants knowledge into practical implementation work.

We value extensive implementation experience and deep grants knowledge, with a track record of handling complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and embedding AI into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Customer Success, implementation, or account management experience.
• Working knowledge of grants management; public sector experience preferred.
• Technical acumen: comfortable configuring software and understanding data relationships.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and embedding technology into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand processes, grant program structure, stakeholder roles, and system requirements.
• Configure client instances of Euna Grants based on documented requirements; maintain configuration docs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the grant lifecycle from pre-award to close-out; articulate Euna Grants role.
• Conduct UAT, document issues, and monitor resolution to closure.
• Lead client trainings across audiences in virtual and written formats.
