Qualifications

• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Cash handling and transaction processing
• Strong communication in person, phone, and digital channels
• Proficient computer use with typing and monitor focus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct all branch activities with Branch Manager
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions
• Make outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones
• Develop new business opportunities and promote financial wellness in the community
• Provide coaching to junior bankers to improve product knowledge
• Advise on Regions Consumer and Business products including loans and deposits
