Regions Bank seeks a Leadership-focused Relationship Banker – Team Lead to guide branch activities, coach bankers, and expand customer relationships in Ridgeland, MS. You will advise on consumer and business products while promoting Regions’ digital offerings and ensuring compliant operations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to work with a team to meet branch goals and provide personalized financial guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience desired.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct branch activities with the Branch Manager.
• Meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing Regions solutions.
• Make outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and promote financial wellness in the community.
• Coach junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and customer service.
• Educate customers on Regions consumer and business products and deposit types.
• Explain Regions digital tools like mobile and online banking.
• Ensure compliant operations and timely reporting in branch activities.
• Assist in hiring decisions and scheduling as needed.
• Refer customers to internal experts for additional goals.
