BHS Intralogistics GmbH in Neutraubling near Regensburg is seeking a full-time Team Lead Project and Product Management (m/f/d) to start immediately, working 40 hours per week. You will lead our project and product management team and drive cross-functional delivery with sales, R&D, and other departments.

The role focuses on shaping our project management standards, guiding client and development projects, and expanding the product portfolio through market and competitive analysis.

Qualifications

• A technical degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in project management, including leading complex client or large-scale projects.
• Experience in product management and developing a product portfolio.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the project and product management team.
• Oversee successful management of client and development projects, including escalation handling.
• Continuously refine project management standards, processes, and tools.
• Shape strategy and further develop the product portfolio based on market analyses with senior management.

For our office in Neutraubling, we are looking for a full-time Team Lead Project and Product Management (m/f/d) to start immediately, working 40 hours per week.

You will play a key role at the intersection of customers, products, and internal departments, and actively help shape the future of our project and product management.

That's what you like to do:

• You will lead and develop our project and product management team
• You will be responsible for the successful management of client and development projects, including escalation management
• You will continuously refine our project management standards, processes, and tools
• You will shape the strategy and further development of our product portfolio based on market and competitive analyses, in consultation with senior management
• You will work closely with Sales, Research & Development, and other departments to ensure the successful implementation of our projects and products
• You will keep track of deadlines, resources, budgets, and quality goals, and report regularly to management

That makes you stand out:

• A successfully completed technical degree (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar) or an equivalent qualification
• At least 10 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in leading complex client projects or large-scale projects
• Experience in product management and in the further development of a product portfolio
• Several years of leadership experience, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong IT aptitude and technical understanding of software and hardware products
• An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a high degree of initiative, a hands-on mentality, and a confident demeanor when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ideally, you have experience with SAP
• Your profile is rounded out by fluency in German and English
