Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team of project managers in the field of traffic control systems
• Assume technical and organizational responsibility for project execution
• Support your team during the bidding phase in finding technical and commercial solutions, scheduling, and quality assurance
• Execute your own projects
• Ensure the successful implementation of projects after order receipt together with your team
• Monitor resources, deadlines, costs, and quality targets within projects
• Promote the continuous development of processes, standards, and employees
• Organize and oversee system tests, installations, and acceptance procedures (in-house and external)

Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering with advanced training at a vocational school (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH), or equivalent
• Several years of experience in technical-commercial project management
• Initial leadership experience or a strong interest in a team lead role
• Experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and complex projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a motivational leadership style
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Fluent German, very good French and English knowledge; additional languages are a plus
• Enjoy constantly changing tasks
• Willingness to travel about 20%
