Job summary

bayoonet Aktiengesellschaft is seeking an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to support our team in managing exciting software projects for clients both nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in project management and experience in leading software development teams.

You will be responsible for coordinating project deliveries, managing resources, and acting as a product owner within the project framework. Proficiency in both German and English, along with strong communication skills, is essential.

As an (in-house) IT project manager, you will support our team in exciting software projects for our national and international customers.

Your versatile field of activity includes, among other things:

• Project management of innovative software solutions
• Technical management of the software development teams with software architects, developers, testers and requirements engineers
• Business initiation, calculation, offer preparation
• Project management: coordination of deliveries (e.g. designs etc.) Resource planning, project controlling and reporting
• Taking on the product owner role within projects:
  • Inclusion of requirements
  • Co-conception of technical solutions
  • Creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritization of tasks and sprint planning
  • Sprint planning, execution, acceptance of completed tasks
  • Quality assurance within the projects
• Further development of the project management methods used

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in project management of demanding software projects
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Strong communication and conceptual skills
• Very good feel for customer needs
• Experience with enterprise IT infrastructure environments and tools is an advantage
• Experience as a product owner (PO) and in the conception of complex software projects is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
