Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field with production experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electromechanical systems.
• Experience with statistical process control and manufacturing data preferred.
• Experience creating technical documentation and process instructions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues in real time to reduce downtime and maintain output.
• Document technical issues, investigations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Escalate complex issues to obtain needed expertise.
• Support process control activities through statistical monitoring and analysis.
• Investigate recurring production challenges and contribute to long-term solutions.
• Support material and production review activities to improve flow and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, documentation, and teamwork.
