Vitalant is seeking a Lead Phlebotomist to join our mobile donor team in a full-time role. You will lead phlebotomy staff, coach technicians, and coordinate on-site blood drives to ensure donor safety and efficient operations.

You must have at least two years of phlebotomy experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Supervisory training within six months is required, and travel is expected as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Function as an operational lead, coaching staff in phlebotomy.

• Ensure donor comfort and information during phlebotomy.
• Assist supervisor in directing Donor Care Technicians and evaluations.
• Drive company vehicles to drive sites.

Pay: $31.25 - $32.25 per hour

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you'll get to

• Function as an operational lead, supporting staff with interviewing and phlebotomy processes, and providing coaching when needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for blood drive coordinators on-site
• Coordinate the set up and breakdown of equipment for mobile blood drives.
• Ensure the comfort and information of blood donors during phlebotomy process.
• Assist the Manager or Supervisor in providing direction and/or supervision of Donor Care Technicians, providing input for employee performance evaluations.
• Drive company vehicles including vans, buses to drive sites
• High School Diploma or GED
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to complete and pass CDL license program
• Ability to travel as required
• Successful completion of supervisory training program within six months
• Two years phlebotomy experience preferred
