Qualifications

• Last/Current position as Team Lead is must.
• Minimum 2 years experience in team handling (6–7 members).
• Minimum 5 years experience as recruiter.
• Experience with C2H and FTE hiring models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Screen and shortlist profiles per client expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet targets.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead IT Recruitment to oversee and manage the end-to-end IT hiring process.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and executing recruitment operations, ensuring that top IT talent is sourced, engaged, and onboarded efficiently.

This role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of IT recruitment, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen and shortlist profiles as per client expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills:

Last/Current position as Team Lead is must

1. Technically very Sound and should have work on all IT latest technologies
2. Experience in client co-ordination
3. Should be BE /Btech /MCA /BCA /Bsc Comp
4. Candidate should have min 2 years experience in team handling - 6 to 7 members
5. Should have work for min 5 years as recruiter

7. Good Communication

CTC Range :- 25K to 30K (WFH )
