Job summary

Qtsolv is seeking an experienced Lead US Technical Recruiter to drive recruiting for US IT roles. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on experience, leads a recruiting team, and partners with clients to align talent strategy with business goals.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, source top technical candidates, manage offers and negotiations, and ensure compliance with US staffing processes. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role requiring strong communication and mentorship.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Lead US Technical Recruiter with 7+ years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end technical recruiting, team leadership, candidate sourcing, client/vendor management, and US staffing processes.Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Prior experience as a Lead Recruiter / Team Lead / Senior Technical Recruiter.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of US Recruiters.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of technical recruiting and IT skill sets.
• Strong hands-on experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ATS/CRM, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong understanding of US employment types and work authorization.
• Excellent candidate assessment, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced US shift environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
