Job summary

Intellics Global Services is hiring an IT Recruiter for a work-from-home role. The candidate should be a female with 1.5+ years in domestic IT recruitment, capable of end-to-end hiring, screening, mass mailing, job postings and sourcing. The position allows WFH with 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM timings and Saturday off every 2nd and 4th week.

Salary ranges from 14k to 18k based on experience (1–4 years). Immediate joiner, own laptop/desktop with internet required. Incentives tied to targets.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation or Post Graduation required.
• Prior IT recruitment experience is essential.
• Candidate must be female as per job post.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle IT recruitment across domains.
• Screen, short list and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Post jobs and source candidates from portals, databases and networks.
