Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment on a permanent remote basis. The role requires strong C2H hiring expertise and domestic IT recruitment capabilities across multiple Indian locations.

You will source through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels, screen candidates for technical fit and salary expectations, and coordinate interviews with clients. This is a full-time, permanent, remote opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 17 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• C2H recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Experience in domestic IT hiring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, CTC, and notice period.
• Must have experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire hiring.
• Understand IT requirements and identify suitable technical profiles.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Handle salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and joining formalities.
• Achieve recruitment targets and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
