Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for full-time or part-time roles, onsite at our Arvada park. The Team Lead is responsible for delegating tasks and providing support to team members during busy shifts. Candidates should be at least 18 years old and have leadership experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service industry.
• Experience in retail, amusement parks, or entertainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delegate responsibilities to Team Members.
• Provide support to Team Members as needed.
• Execute sales and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain park safety and cleanliness.
• Complete incident reports during shifts.
