Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is looking for a Team Lead to join our Mauldin, SC location. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll manage operations, drive guest engagement, and train team members. You'll be responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring exceptional guest experiences during busy park hours.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in operational roles, excellent communication skills, and is available for evenings and weekends. Compensation is competitive, up to $15/hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Background in retail sales or food & beverage preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are absent.
• Drive membership and program sales through guest engagement.
• Ensure safety compliance and operational excellence.
• Oversee birthday parties and group events.
• Manage inventory and ensure health standards in the café.
