Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Crew Member to join the Operations team at our park. You will help deliver a safe, engaging guest experience across multiple stations while supporting safety, cleanliness, and efficient service.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and coachability, with shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service is a plus, but not required, and on-site training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.

• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety at relevant stations.
• Greet guests and assist with waivers, tickets, and memberships when applicable.
