Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Team Leader to support the site’s operations and lead by example. You will provide friendly customer service, help open and close the facility, and guide guests through the car wash process.

This role offers flexible hours, part-time or full-time options, and competitive pay with weekly commissions. Drug screen and background check required; 18+ age. Join a fast-growing team and grow into management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand for long hours and work outdoors in all weather.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
