Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage a fast-paced car wash site. The role offers competitive pay with weekly commissions and flexible scheduling for both part-time and full-time roles.

You will lead a friendly team, assist with opening and closing, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and help maintain equipment and the site grounds. This is a strong entry point into a rapidly growing industry with ample growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
