Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Team Leader to help run a fast-paced car wash facility. You will supervise a small team of 10–15, uphold a culture of teamwork and safety, support guest experiences, and assist with training and equipment checks.

Starting pay is 18.00 USD hourly, with weekly commission and a schedule of 35–45 hours. This role requires standing for long periods, working outdoors in different weather, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 employees and foster teamwork and safety.
• Provide excellent guest experience through service quality.
• Assist in training, checks on equipment, and limited admin tasks.
