Tidal Wave Auto Spa is looking for an Assistant Manager to guide a 10-15 person team in a fast-paced, outdoor setting across our Georgia locations. You will help maintain daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support training and development of staff.

A strong leadership mindset and hands-on approach are essential for success. We offer competitive hourly pay with weekly commissions, flexible scheduling, and clear paths to higher management as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun.
• Fast paced and structured work environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
