Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in McDonough, GA to guide daily operations at our high-energy car wash site. You will model Exceptional service, supervise shift activities, and help teammates deliver fast, friendly experiences for guests.

The role offers growth opportunities into management with flexible schedules and potential weekly commissions, supporting a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable qualities required.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
