Tidal Wave Auto Spa seeks a motivated Team Leader in Kennesaw, GA to guide a 10–15 person crew and deliver fast, friendly car-care experiences.

In this outdoor, fast-paced role you will supervise daily operations, mentor teammates, handle limited admin tasks, and ensure a clean, safe facility while working 35–45 hours per week with competitive hourly pay and weekly commissions. This role requires physical stamina and a valid driver’s license, with growth opportunities within a nationwide brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees daily and promote teamwork.
