Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a capable Team Lead for our Georgia locations. You will guide a 10-15 person team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced car wash setting.

Responsibilities include training staff, performing light admin duties, and ensuring equipment checks and safety protocols. This role requires leadership, physical stamina, and adaptability to varied weather.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees and foster teamwork.
• Provide exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Train and develop employees at every position and maintain a clean facility.
