Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Decatur, GA is seeking a Team Leader to help manage our busy car wash facility and support a fast-paced team. You will lead by example, assist in daily operations, and guide guests through a streamlined car wash experience.

Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with weekly commissions and flexible scheduling. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a strong path for growth into management and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
