Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Georgia is seeking a Team Leader to guide daily front‑of‑house operations and help run the facility. You will model excellent customer service, assist with opening and closing, and participate in maintenance tasks in all weather.

The position offers competitive pay with weekly commission and flexible scheduling for both part‑time and full‑time hours. Candidates must be 18+, able to stay on their feet, and pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable demeanor.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required by state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
