Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Live Oak, FL area to lead a small team and ensure smooth daily operations. The role blends frontline supervision with limited admin duties to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain safety.

Starting pay rate is $18.50 per hour, with weekly commissions and a 35–45 hour weekly schedule. This position offers strong growth potential within a fast-paced outdoor environment and opportunities to advance into higher level

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
