Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Florida. You will help lead a small team of 10–15 employees, ensure a safe, efficient, and guest-focused operation, and support daily site administration and equipment checks.

We offer competitive hourly pay with weekly commission, a schedule that promotes work-life balance (35–45 hours/week), and growth opportunities toward higher management as you prove you can lead on the front line with the team.

Formación

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
