The role blends hands-on leadership with some administrative duties, requiring you to stay active on the floor and mentor staff. We offer competitive hourly pay with weekly commissions, a schedule aimed at work-life balance, and 35–45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Ability to lead a small team and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Provide exceptional guest experience and teamwork under fast-paced conditions.
