Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a small team on-site in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You will drive guest satisfaction with friendly, high-quality service and help monitor equipment, safety, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, fostering teamwork and a positive culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist with limited admin duties and quick checks on equipment.
• Help train and develop employees across positions.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
