Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader in Florida to help oversee the facility and its operations. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with weekly commission potential.

This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Daily tasks include providing friendly customer service, opening/closing duties, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, preparing vehicles for the tunnel, guiding customers, and assisting with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
