Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Assistant Manager to lead a small team on-site, driving guest satisfaction and efficient operations. You will help manage daily tasks, mentor 10–15 staff, and uphold a safe, clean, and productive environment.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Expect an hourly pay rate with potential weekly commissions and a path to growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10 -15 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Assist in the training and developing employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
