Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event registration, attendee management, or related event technology.
• Experience leading a client-facing delivery team.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Hands-on Cvent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Attendee Data Management and Web Specialist teams in support of the GCE function and align delivery to client needs.
• Oversee end-to-end online registration, event websites, attendee communications, data management, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Manage capacity, priorities and deadlines to ensure delivery across simultaneous events.
• Establish quality standards and ensure quality control for registration builds, websites and reports.
• Serve as escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns, driving timely resolutions and clear communication.
