BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking a confident, client-facing Team Leader to oversee the Event Web Registration and Attendee Management teams supporting the Global Conferencing and Events function. You will supervise Attendee Data Managers and Web Specialists, ensuring day-to-day delivery, service quality and development across registration, communications, websites, data integrity and reporting.

Experience leading client-facing delivery teams in events.
Experience with online registration, attendee management and event websites.

Responsibilities

Lead Attendee Data Management and Web Specialist teams.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of online registration, event websites, attendee communications, data management, and reporting.
Assign work, manage capacity, priorities and deadlines for multiple events.
Establish quality standards and perform quality control on registrations, websites, communications, data and reports.
Serve as escalation point for risks and client concerns with timely resolution.
