Job summary

Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Team Lead - MILDEP to direct day-to-day MILDEP support activities and coordinate workload, training, vacancies, and hiring support. This role is contingent on contract award and offers comprehensive benefits.

The annual salary ranges from $85,000 to $115,000, with a competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

Summary:

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MILDEP support activities.

• Provide acquisition program management, risk management, scheduling, business operations, and acquisition analysis support.


• Ensure standardized DHA processes and procedures are followed.


• Monitor action items, schedules, risks, external requests, and leadership deliverables.

• DoD acquisition/program management.


• Integrated Product Teams and Working Groups.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Current PAE MP MILDEP incumbent or Team Lead.


• DoDI 5000 / Adaptive Acquisition Framework experience.


• JCIDS/Materiel Requirements experience.


• PPBE experience.


• MS Project/IMS experience.
  
• Project Recon or comparable risk-management tool experience.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $85,000 to $115,000.
