US Med-Equip is looking for a Team Lead I in Wisconsin to oversee a small team of technicians and drivers, ensuring equipment is maintained and delivered on time to hospital partners. You will guide day-to-day branch operations and foster a high-performing culture.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating trainings, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and DOT standards while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small operations or service team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of two or more employees and foster a high-performing environment.
• Oversee branch processes for on-time equipment delivery and pick-up.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage hospital partner relationships.
• Manage inventory, storage and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Maintain records, reports on orders, maintenance and inventory metrics.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and other departments for equipment deliveries.
• Travel periodically and perform other duties as needed.
