This role requires 1+ years of managerial experience in medical equipment rental, a high school diploma, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of two or more employees and foster a high‑performing work environment.
• Oversee branch processes for timely equipment delivery and pickup.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to hospital partners’ equipment needs.
• Manage medical equipment inventory, storage and maintenance.
• Load, transport, and service equipment to/from hospitals following safety policies.
• Maintain digital records and prepare reports on orders, maintenance and inventory.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Travel periodically and perform other duties as needed.
